DONATION DROP OFF

If you have donations you would like to drop off like food, personal care items, PPE etc. Donations can be dropped off Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. or on weekends 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. We keep our needs list updated and you can review it at www.foodandshelterinc.org/get-involved. We do not have a clothing closet here at Food and Shelter. We recommend sending donations to Alameda Church of Christ or First Baptist Church clothing closets or the Outreach Thrift Shop on NE12th. All of these organizations provide our residents and guests free clothing.

Food and Shelter is committed to respecting the privacy of donors.  We have developed this privacy policy to ensure our donors their information will not be shared with any third party.

No Sharing of Personal Information:  Food and Shelter will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to other organizations.  We assure you the identity of all our donors will be kept confidential except as required for financial reporting to state and federal entities.  Otherwise, use of donor information will be limited to the internal purposes of Food and Shelter.

Credit and Debit Card Donations:  Food and Shelter collects donations from you through a credit card charge.  We require the use of SSL Secured Certification Encryption to protect transmission of users personal information while making a donation.  Donations cannot be cancelled and are not subject to refund.
